Gaylor “Robbie” Robinson is a true IT veteran, with over 25 years of experience in Integrated Technologies, Project Management and Telecommunications Network and Field Operations. Robbie is currently working on the improvement of trouble-reporting processes, such as tools to locate and manage reported network problems in the wireless world. He is recognized as an innovative manager who consistently stays within scope and budget on major projects, and was the team leader of a corporate culture change initiative. Robbie, a native of the Washington, D.C. area, spends his spare time with his family and teaching leadership courses at the Citadel School of Ministries in Washington, DC.

Ryan Nguyen is an accomplished professional with focus on web development for over 12 years. His web development experience ranges from client technology to web services. He is currently working in collaboration with business technology at Cisco. He is working on a project that allows him to embrace Web 2.0 and use social networking for the enterprise to intelligently connect people, communities, and information. He is developing reusable components that other developers can use to implement standard intranet widgets and services. Ryan always brings energy, passion to quality, and skills in software development to every project. He enjoys solving problems and working with customers to bring products from conception to implementation. In Ryan's spare time, he likes reading and listening to music.

Jerine Alex is a true IT enthusiast with a broad range of impressive skills such as database, web 2.0 technologies, programming, software management and consulting, Jerry, continues to pursue his dream and love for computers as a dedicated consultant with Resolvit.

Jerry's venture into the IT field dates back to more than 10 years to Bangalore - the silicon valley of India. He is recognized as a great team player, a leader, challenger and above all a dedicated professional. Apart from his love for computers and taking on challenging problems, his hobbies include: chess, soccer, football, cooking, and martial arts. He currently resides in Philadelphia, PA - "the liberty bell" state.

Lorraine Angell-Humphery is a growth-focused and strategic professional with over 15 years of progressive management success, leading large-scale change management initiatives and devising tactics to support major transformations and overall growth across various segments. Lorraine is currently working on Business Value Alignment with Change Management. This involves analysis of a variety of metrics and success measures and making recommendations on appropriate adoption strategies to business functions. She also helps business clients find ways to maximize the effective use of collaborative technologies. Lorraine, who grew up in England, is fluent in Spanish, German and French. Her favorite hobbies include leading young people’s ministries at Grove Park Chapel Church, Durham, NC; doing fun things with daughter, Nichol (“the love of my life”), playing the piano, attending the theatre, working puzzles and ice-skating.
